 About This Design

 

The Walnut Garage & Shop has three 12'x24' parking bays and stairs to a 24'x24' storage loft. There's a 12'x24' workshop on the left side. That has an 8' wide door at the back so you can drive your tractor or antique car right in.

 

Floor area is 1,152 Sq.Ft. Loft Area is 576 Sq.Ft.

Plans are $59.00 plus $5.00 for shipping, for three complete sets of drawings. The plans come with a complete money-back guarantee and include a variety of optional layouts and add-ons that let you build any of nine standard designs or to create your own custom design.

Why three sets of the same plans? You may need to supply drawings to your building department, zoning board, community review board and building supply center. Extra sets of plans also come in handy when you want to get competitive bids from contractors and subcontractors.
