 About This Design

The Walnut Brook Garage has a 24'x24' two-bay garage and two 10'x24' carports for even more parking. Pull-down stairs lead to a high and dry storage loft. The garage is 576 sq. ft. and the loft adds another 576 sq. ft. of storage. Total carport area is 480 sq. ft.

Plans are $59.00 plus $5.00 for shipping, for three complete sets of drawings. The plans come with a complete money-back guarantee and include a variety of optional layouts and add-ons that let you build any of nine standard designs or to create your own custom design.
