 About This Design

 

The Elm Coach House has four 12'x24' parking bays and stairs to a 24'x24' storage loft. There are windows and doors at the back of both side garages so you can use the back of one as your potting shed and the other as your hobby shop. Floor area is 1152 sq. ft. The Loft is 576 sq. ft.

Plans are $59.00 plus $5.00 for shipping, for three complete sets of drawings. The plans come with a complete money-back guarantee and include a variety of optional layouts and add-ons that let you build any of nine standard designs or to create your own custom design.
