Use this efficient storage building as a garage or workshop with plenty of extra space. Two 10'x24' Sheds, with their own big sliding doors will fit lumber, supplies, small vehicles, yard equipment and more. A high and dry storage Loft will fit even more. The Maple Yard Barn is a pole-barn design to save you construction cost.

Plans are $59.00 plus $5.00 for shipping, for three complete sets of drawings. The plans come with a complete money-back guarantee and include a variety of optional layouts and add-ons that let you build any of nine standard designs or to create your own custom design.

Why three sets of the same plans? You may need to supply drawings to your building department, zoning board, community review board and building supply center. Extra sets of plans also come in handy when you want to get competitive bids from contractors and subcontractors.
