The Maple Coach House has the graceful good looks of an old-time carriage barn, three big parking bays, a Loft and a pole-frame for simple, inexpensive construction. You can substitute standard overhead doors for any or all of the coach house doors shown, and choose materials that match your home.

Floor Area: 1,008 Sq. Ft., Loft Area: 380 Sq. Ft.

Plans are $59.00 plus $5.00 for shipping, for three complete sets of drawings. The plans come with a complete money-back guarantee and include a variety of optional layouts and add-ons that let you build any of nine standard designs or to create your own custom design.
